Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Site and may change without notice. Shower Door Seals Direct reserves the right to correct pricing, product, or listing errors, including errors discovered after an order has been submitted.

By placing an order, you authorize Shower Door Seals Direct and its authorized payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your purchase, including applicable shipping charges and taxes.

Order Acceptance & Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse, hold, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, inaccurate pricing, inventory problems, payment issues, or order verification concerns.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped.

If an order has already shipped, any eligible return must follow our Returns & Refunds Policy after delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may vary. Shower Door Seals Direct is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned because an address was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may apply if the order must be shipped again.

Returns & Refunds

Our standard return policy provides a 30-day return window. Eligible products must be new, unused, uninstalled, uncut, unmodified, and in acceptable return condition.

Return eligibility, return instructions, shipping responsibilities, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Returns & Refunds Policy concerning a return or refund, the Returns & Refunds Policy will control.
